This is an independent contractor role, meaning you’ll be building your own travel business under the Be Prepared Vacations brand, not working as an employee.

Commission Structure
Most travel agencies use complicated commission tiers that take time (and a lot of bookings) to unlock.
We don’t.
At Be Prepared Vacations, you start at the top. We believe in keeping things simple, fair, and transparent. No tiers. No hidden rules.
Self-Generated Bookings
Earn 90% commission on all trips you book from your own leads. When you bring in your own clients, you keep the vast majority of what you earn. This also includes your personal travel.
Agency-Generated Leads
Earn 70% commission on qualified leads provided by Be Prepared Vacations (if eligible).
Once you’ve built a relationship with that client, any future bookings with them earn 90% commission.
That’s it.
We’ve designed our straightforward commission structure to attract serious agents who want to build a real business that rewards the work you put in.

Getting Started
To join Be Prepared Vacations as an independent contractor agent, there is a $300 annual fee.
This covers the cost of the core systems, tools, and support you’ll need to operate your business professionally, including:
- Access to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to manage your clients, quotes, and bookings
- A professional email under the BPV brand
- Access to education and onboarding resources
- Ongoing sales and business coaching
- Templates and workflows to help you stay organized and efficient
This gives you everything you need to run your travel business professionally from day one.
Most agents earn this fee back quickly with their first booking.
Waived for Top Performers
We also believe in rewarding agents who are actively growing their business.
Once you reach an annual sales threshold, your fee for the following year is waived. We’ll walk you through the exact details when applicable.

Nope! What matters most is your willingness to learn, communicate well with clients, and follow a proven process.
You’ll have access to a growing list of trusted travel partners. Currently, we can book with Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Orlando, Aulani, and Adventures by Disney.
In addition, we’re expanding our partnerships to include major cruise lines like Royal Caribbean, as well as resort brands such as Sandals and other all-inclusive options.
As Be Prepared Vacations continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to book a wider range of travel experiences for your clients.
Commissions are paid after travel is completed, and the supplier releases the commission (this is standard across the industry). It is directly deposited into your bank account.
No. As an independent contractor, you have flexibility in how much you want to work and in how you grow your business. That said, agents who treat this like a real business tend to see the best results.
Leads are potentially available after completing the initial education. This ensures you’re prepared to respond effectively and provide a great experience for clients.
We focus on simplicity, transparency, and support. That means a straightforward commission structure (no tiers or games), ongoing sales and business coaching, access to real leads, and a small, selective team environment.
You’ll be encouraged to build your own client base over time, but you won’t be doing it alone. We train you on the places you can find potential clients. If eligible, you’ll have the opportunity to work with qualified leads generated through our marketing efforts.
Income varies based on how much time and effort you put into building your business.
Some agents book a few trips per month as a side income. If you book one trip per week, it’s estimated that you will make between $1,200 – $2,000 per month, depending on the size of the bookings.
Other agents grow this into a more significant revenue stream over time, eventually making this their full-time business, earning well into six figures per year.
We’ll work with you to improve your sales process and help you increase both your conversion rate and the value of each booking.
Like any business, your results will reflect the effort you put in, but the opportunity is there to build something meaningful.
