This Universal trip would have been much harder without the help and guidance of Scott. He helped prepare us for the trip and we also needed to change the rooms we initially booked and on the day of he switched the rooms and made it so easy. Deena was absolutely amazing! This was my family's first trip to disney and we had the most magical experience. She made my daughter's birthday a memorable moment she will never forget. Whenever i had any questions or concerns she was right there quick to respond. Simply put, Deena is AMAZING. I had not been to Disney in decades, and this was my first time planning a trip there for my family, including two children ages 5 and 7. This is not a trip we are planning to take often and I was feeling A LOT of pressure to hit the key highlights and create what I hope will be lifelong core memories for my parents, my husband and I, and my children. I was very worried about the stress that I had heard from others about Disney trips... If I'm being very honest, I really wasn't looking forward to it and saw it more as a check the box for my kids. From the very beginning, Deena was always quick to respond with immense patience and thorough answers, insights, and recommendations to my MANY questions (and changes of heart) about basics of where to stay and what parks to visit. Once those were nailed down, she continued to be super responsive and helpful as we planned the more fine details of our trip. On the tail end of planning, Deena was critical in helping us determine and ultimately book the meal and activity reservations we wanted, as well as helping to book initial lightning lanes for our park days. I cannot even begin to express the amount of stress this lifted off me as a full time working mother with big hopes and dreams for this trip.
