This Universal trip would have been much harder without the help and guidance of Scott. He helped prepare us for the trip and we also needed to change the rooms we initially booked and on the day of he switched the rooms and made it so easy. I had not been to Disney in decades, and this was my first time planning a trip there for my family, including two children ages 5 and 7. This is not a trip we are planning to take often and I was feeling A LOT of pressure to hit the key highlights and create what I hope will be lifelong core memories for my parents, my husband and I, and my children.
