Picking Up Your Universal Orlando Park Tickets

Here is a quick overview of how to pick up your Universal Orlando tickets once you arrive at your hotel.

For the sake of this post, I’m assuming you are staying at one of the eleven Universal Orlando hotels.

After checking in to the hotel, head to the Vacation Planning Desk, located in the lobby.

A Universal team member will be there to assist you. Just bring a valid photo ID, and they’ll print out your tickets for you on the spot.

Yes, you read that correctly, you will be receiving PRINTED TICKETS. I know this scares a lot of people who think they might lose them. 🙂

To prevent any potential issues, make sure to SCAN your tickets into the Universal Orlando app.

Not only does this provide a digital backup of your tickets, but you can then use the app to get into the parks. You should still bring your paper ticket as backup, though, just in case the digital one doesn’t work.

A few other things to be aware of:

When you enter each park, the gate attendant will take a quick picture of you. This ensures that the ticket matches the person it’s intended for.

The Vacation Planning Center is open daily, so you don’t have to wait until you reach the parks to get your tickets. I recommend stopping by the evening you arrive or first thing in the morning. It’s quick and saves you time instead of doing it at the entrance of the parks.

You can also print out your tickets at Will Call Kiosks at the front of each theme park. But I highly recommend doing it at your hotel. It will be less busy.

Once you have your tickets in hand, you can go straight to the turnstiles at Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay, or Epic Universe.

If you run into any issues, the hotel’s front desk or the Vacation Planning Center staff will be happy to help.

Let me know if you have any questions below. I’m happy to answer!
